基于多元统计分析的雷达分队建设水平评估

摘　　要：为动态掌握雷达分队全面建设水平、实现不同分队建设水平横向综合排序,按照易行易用、客观简明的原则,基于军事训练水平、空情保障能力、思想政治建设和综合保障能力四方面,建立了两级评估指标体系;运用SPSS软件,对部分评估数据进行了主成分分析、因子分析和聚类分析;最后给出了实例验证.实例结果表明该评估方法是有效的,对科学评估雷达分队建设水平具有一定参考价值.To have dynamically a command of radar detachments’developmental level, and implement thetransverse comprehensive ranking of different radar detachments’level, follow the rules of easy implementationand application and the concise and objective, and in terms of the military training level, air situation supportcapability, ideological and political constructions, and integrated support capability, this paper sets up two levelevaluation index systems, and applies the SPSS software to evaluate the partial data for the principal componentanalysis, factor analysis and cluster analysis, and finally gives an example. The example results show that theassessment method is effective, having a certain reference for assessing scientifically the radar detachments’constructional level.
