摘　　要：科研对于军队任职教育的发展起到了基础性和先导性的作用,其作为军队院校的基本职能之一,对于增强院校的创新能力,提高学院的实力水平起到了积极的作用,因此应该始终保持任职教育科研持续创新发展,不断完善任职教育院校科技成果管理的方法,明确任职教育科研定位与自身特点,最终推动任职教育院校科研工作科学发展。The development of scientific research in military professional education to the basic and leading role,themilitary academies as one of the basic functions,to enhance the innovation ability of colleges and universities,played a positiverole to improve the strength level. Therefore,we should always keep post education scientific research continued innovationand development,constantly improve the working method of education management of scientific and technologicalachievements,clear service orientation of educational researchwith its own characteristics,and ultimately to promoteprofessional education and researchwork scientific development.
