摘　　要：高校院系图书资料室有其鲜明的专业特征,在院系教学与科研的发展中具有十分重要的地位与作用。但在一些高校院系图书资料室的建设和管理中,特别是地方高校,大多数还存在着很多现实问题。为此根据我院建设和管理的实践,探讨高校院系图书资料室的建设和改革的对策,以满足院系图书资料工作提升服务专业建设和教学科研的需求。Specialized reference rooms from departments of universities and colleges have their distinctive professionalcharacteristics,they play an extremely important status and role in the development of teaching and scientificresearch of our departments. But there are a lot of practical problems in the construction and administration to thebooks from departments of college reference room,especially to the majority of local colleges and universities.Therefore,by discussing the construction and reform countermeasures to books from departments of college reference roomaccording to the construction and management practice in our institution,in order to meet the demand of the facultyresources library work improve service professional construction and the teaching and scientific research.
