摘　　要：随着模具产业的发展,市场对技术研发型模具人才的需求不断增加,许多本科院校开设了模具专业,而本科院校易走高职模具人才的培养的模式,而陷入人才培养的误区,不能满足模具企业对技术研发型人才的需求。根据企业对技术研发型人才的需求和模具人才培养的基本要求,制定技术研发型人才的培养方案并提出校企合作培养技术研发型模具人才,使其能够更好地融入到模具企业中去,从而促进我国模具产业的发展。With the development of the mold industry,the market demand for technology innovative mould talentsis increasing.Many universities begin to set up mould professional,and the undergraduate universities are easy totake the training mode of Higher Vocational mold talent,and fall into the erroneous zone of personnel training,so cannot meet the needs of mould enterprises.Accordingto the basic requirement of mould enterprises and cultivation demand,and mold talent cultivation plan is formulated and schooland enterprise joint training of talents is puts forwardto enable the talents to better integrate itself into the mold enterprises,so as to promote the development of China'smold industry.
