摘　　要：从2014级研究生起,研究生教育全面收费,研究生奖助体系也随之改革,文章从扬州大学研究生奖助体系改革的实际情况,从奖助体系的覆盖面、评审细则的科学性、评审过程的公正性等方面对研究生奖助体系改革的具体实践和成效进行了总结,并结合需要层次激励理论进行了思考。From the class of 2014,all of postgraduate must paytuition,the postgraduate financial assistance and scholarship system also follow the reform.This paper from actual situation of the postgraduate financial assistance and scholarship system in Yangzhou University,from scholarship system coverage,rules review scientific,the review process and fairness of students scholarship system reform practice and effectiveness are summarized,combined with the need motivation theory to carry on the ponder.
