摘  要:为了开发阻燃性优良的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)材料,扩大该工程塑料的应用范围,合成了一种含P—C键的新型烷基次膦酸铝,采用傅立叶变换红外光谱、31P核磁及元素分析等证实了所合成的产品与目标产物结构特征一致,并将其作为阻燃剂对PET进行阻燃改性,通过垂直燃烧、极限氧指数和热分析等测试,研究了烷基次膦酸铝对PET材料阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,自制烷基次膦酸铝具有良好的阻燃效果,当添加量为15%时,可以使材料达到UL94 V–0阻燃级别,极限氧指数为32.4%;与市售次膦酸铝产品的各项性能基本相当,有望成为一种新型环保阻燃剂应用于PET中。In order to develop flame retardant PET and expand its application range,aluminium dialkyl phosphinate containing P—C linkage was synthesized. The results of element analysis,FT–IR,and 31P–NMR indicate that the synthesized product is consistent with that of the target product. The self-made aluminium dialkyl phosphinate salt was used as the flame retardant in PET. The effect of aluminium dialkyl phosphinate system on flame retardancy and mechanical performance of PET was investigated by limited oxygen index (LOI) method,vertical burning test,thermogravimetric analysis and mechanical tests. The results demonstrate that self-made aluminum dialkyl phosphinatet shows good flame retardancy. When the addition of aluminum dialkyl phosphinatet is 15%,the flame retarded PET reaches UL 94V–0 level and the LOI of composite is 32.4%,and the performance is similar to that of PET retarded by the commercially available aluminium diethylphosphinate. Overall,the organic phosphinate salt described here is an environmentally friendly flame retardant for the potential application in fire resistance of PET.
