摘　　要：针对液压机械中油液的清洁问题及油液输送问题,研制了便携式油液输送、多级过滤设备。首先对该设备液压回路进行了设计;然后对液压系统采用集成化设计,并对该设备整体结构及相关零部件进行了研制;实践表明将该设备应用于生产中,满足使用要求;同时该设备可作为示教装置应用于液压课程的现场教学,提高了教学效果。According to the cleanness of the oil in the hydraulic machinery problem and oil transportation problem, developed a portable oiltransmission, multi-stage filtration equipment. Firstly the hydraulic circuit is designed , then integrated design is adopted for hydraulic systemand the whole structure and the structure of each part are developed; Practice shows that the device was applied to production meets therequirement; At the same time, the equipment used as a teaching device applied to hydraulic course teaching has improved the teaching effect.
