摘　　要：随着游客行为的日益"散客化",旅游集散中心网络成为城市旅游公共服务的重要组成,对城市旅游形象、品位和可持续发展有重要影响.在对国内外文献梳理分析的基础上,提出了兼顾设施整合和组织协同的城市旅游集散中心网络优化分析框架;以实现游客满意度最大化为目标,基于等级设施选址理论建立了城市旅游集散中心网络设施整合模型;以石家庄市为例进行实证分析,确定了石家庄市新建市级、区县级旅游集散中心的数目,优化了石家庄市旅游集散中心网络的空间联系.最后,提出了石家庄市旅游集散中心网络的组织协同对策.With the tourists’behavior becoming more independent, tourist centers network has becomean important part of urban tourism public service, and determined urban tourism image, quality and sus原tainable development. Based on the literature at home and abroad, this paper presentsan optimized frame原work of tourist centers network. Based on the theory of hierarchical facility location, it establishes facilityintegration model of tourist centers network to maximize satisfaction of all tourists. Network optimization oftourist centers in Shijiazhuang City is taken as an case study, the number oftourist centers at city leveland county level in Shijiazhuang City is calculated and its inter space link is optimized. Finally, the orga原nization coordination countermeasures of tourist centers network in Shijiazhuan City are proposed.
