摘  要:为了解形体练习对女大学生体成分及身体形态的影响,将52名女大学生随机分为实验组和对照组,每组26人,对实验组进行了为期12周的形体练习干预实验,研究前后对两组女大学生进行体成分和身体形态指标测评.结果显示:实验组体成分指标脂肪量显著下降(P<0.01),骨量显著升高(P<0.01),形态学指标胸围显著增加(P<0.05),腰围、上臂围、大腿围、颈前曲均显著下降(P<0.01);对照组体成分、形态学各指标实验前后均无显著变化(P>0.05).形体练习不仅可以有效地消除人体过多的脂肪,增加人体骨量,而且能够很好地矫正脊柱变形、塑造健美的形体.In order to learn the effects of shaping exercise on composition and body shape in femalecollege students, 52 female college students are selected as the objectives, divided into two groups includ原ing control group and exercise group, who took 12 weeks shaping exercise intervention. Results show that inthe exercise group, the body fat decreased (P<0.01), bone volume increased (P<0.01); in shaping index, bustincreased (P<0.05), and waist, upper arm circumference, thigh circumference and anterior cervical curve alldecreased (P<0.01). There is no significant change in control group (P跃0.05). It suggests that shaping exer原cise is helpful not only to effectively eliminate excessive body fat, increase the body mass, but also to getgood correction of spine deformation and shape physique.
