摘  要:运用实验法,使用Edwards’TRIMP对划艇项目冬训期间1个训练周的训练负荷进行评价,从运动训练学角度对实验结果进行分析.研究表明:8名划艇运动员在冬训期间,其训练强度并不大,主要是在70%-90%本人最大心率范围内进行训练.在1个训练周中,训练负荷能够体现出较为科学的起伏性变化.在训练中主要采用的训练方式以水上、陆上的耐力训练为主,建议在进行技术训练时严格控制训练强度.由此可见Edwards’TRIMP能够基于训练过程中的心率区间与持续时间对训练的负荷强度进行量化,对机体在运动训练过程中所承受负荷刺激的大小进行反映,可作为划艇项目训练中新的负荷监控途径.During a training week in winter training, the rowing project training load is evaluated byan Edwards’TRIMP via experimentation. The results show that the intensity of the eight rowing athletesduring the winter training is not large. The heart rate of the athletes during training is in 70%-90% oftheir maximum heart rate range. In a training period,training load reflects scientific change. Water andland endurance training are the primary training.Training intensity in the technical training is recommendedin strict control. Therefore, training load intensity can be quantified through heart rate range and theduration by Edwards’TRIMP, which reflect the load stimulus on the body in athletic training.It can beused as a new method for load monitoring in rowing program trains.
