摘 要:成就目标的取向,影响着成就任务的选择、成就过程的情绪体验与成就行为,是激发个体主观努力程度的内在动力,基于成就目标的创业教育培养的是"潜在创业者"。运用四分法成就目标理论,可以加强学生对创业价值、目标定向、任务选择、策略运用等的元认知水平,真正把创业教育与学生综合素质教育有机结合,形成创新创业教育观念,促进大学生思维方式与行为模式的转变,真正体现大学创业教育的价值。The orientation of Achievement goal affects selection of achievement task, emotional experience of achievement process and achievement behavior; and it is the internal motivation encouraging one’s endeavors, and the cultivation of business-starting education based on achievement goal is the “Potential Entrepreneur”. By means of the quartering of the achievement goal theory, we may intensify the meta-cognitive level of students as to entrepreneurship values, goal orientation, task selection, strategic application, etc; only in this way, can we combine the entrepreneur ship education with comprehensive quality education, letting students forman idea of HP entrepreneurs and urging them to change their thinking way and behavioral model, which make undergraduates embody their entrepreneurship values.
