摘  要:为了提高非钢铁性收入,马钢立足现有制氧机组装备水平进行技术改造,研制开发新产品。通过对四万制氧机粗氖氦产品的研制开发过程的详细介绍,全面阐述了氖氦提取装置的设备及特点、设备安装和使用中的问题,分析了氖氦提取在工艺上对空分装置的影响,以及生产氖氦产品时,针对工艺、设备存在的缺陷及产品纯度波动等问题进行分析和解决处理。To increase non-steel income, Masteel carried out research and development of new gas products based on technical transformation of existing oxygen generating units.Through detailed introduction of the development process of crude neon-helium products on the 40,000m3 oxygen generating unit, the paper describes the neon-helium extracting equipment and its features as well as problems in equipment installation and operation and analyzes the effect of neon-helium extracting on the air separation process. Analysis and solution treatment of problems such as faults in the process and equipment and fluctuation in product purity in neon-helium production are also carried out.
