摘　　要：国内A股9家乳品上市公司通过资本市场的不断举债、融资,实现了资产规模的迅猛增长,负债总额、权益总额与资本结构发生了深刻变化,文章总结了9家公司资本结构的总体特征,并多角度分析其现实困境,最后从"并购重组、财务管理、公司治理"三个方面对企业实现价值优化提出了建议。The domestic A shares of 9 dairy listed companies continued to borrow and finance money through the capital market,realized the rapid growth of assets scale, changed profoundly their total liabilities, total equity and capital structure. The paper summarizes the overall characteristics of 9 companies' capital structure, and analyzes the reality plights in many angles, finally puts forward proposals about enterprise value optimization from three aspects of merger and reorganization, financial management and corporate governance.
