摘　　要：本文研究基于精细化规划管理需要,在进行实地访谈和问卷调查的基础上,比较分析沈阳市不同地区、不同类型的社区公共服务设施配套配建与分布与建设特征,了解居民使用公共服务设施的基本需求,从服务管理上对沈阳市社区公共服务设施配建提出规划对策。Based on the needs of meticulous planning and management, based on the field interview and questionnaire survey, this paper compares and analyzes the matching construction of public service facilities and the distribution and construction characteristics of different types of communities in different regions of Shenyang, understands the basic needs of residents in the use of public service facilities, puts forward planning strategies for the community public service facilities in Shenyang from the service management.
