摘 要:本文通过将路径式护理常规结合跟班指导应用于无锡市第二人民医院神经外科监护室(NSICU)护士分层培训中,选取11名护士作为研究对象,于2016年4、5月份每月第一周对不同层级的护士进行神经外科常见疾病路径式护理常规的理论和技能培训,第二周护士长进行床边跟班指导,第三、四周进行临床工作能力考核,4、5月份护士临床工作能力得分均较3月份提高,能够有效提高护士的临床工作能力、临床护理质量及患方对护理工作的满意度。In this paper, the path-type nursing routine combined with follow-up guidance is applied to the training of nurses in Neurosurgery Intensive Care Unit (NSICU) of Wuxi No.2 People's Hospital. Eleven nurses are chosen as the subjects of the study. In the first week of April and May 2016, theory and skills training on neurosurgery common nursing routine is carried out for nurses at different levels. In the second week, the head nurse offers attendant bedside guidance. In the third and fourth week, clinical work ability assessment is carried out. Compared with March, nurses' clinical work ability score improved in April and May. That is to say, this method can effectively improve the clinical nursing quality and the satisfaction degree of nursing care.
