摘　　要：论文对基于微平台环境的行政伦理内涵做了分析,然后从个体和组织行政行为视角对微平台环境下行政伦理的作用机制做了论述,然后提出基于微平台环境的行政伦理的特征,即价值理念具有公共性、实际收益具有非营利性、行政主体具有专业性。最后集中论述了基于政务微平台环境的行政伦理功能。This paper analyzes the connotation of administrative ethics based on the micro platform environment, discusses the mechanism of administrative ethics in the micro platform environment from the perspective of individual and organizational administrative behavior, and then puts forward the characteristics of administrative ethics based on the micro environment of the platform: the value idea has the public property, the actual income has the non-profit, the administrative subject has the specialized nature. Finally, it focuses on the administrative ethics function based on the administrative micro platform environment.
