摘　　要：借鉴项目管理成熟度模型的理论,从发电厂总承包项目管理成熟度等级,项目生命周期,项目管理知识体系三个纬度,建立符合火力发电厂项目管理特点的成熟度模型,并对实现各成熟度等级的目标及关键指标进行研究,OPM3模型能找出火力发电项目EPC建设过程中管理的薄弱环节,为提高设计企业EPC项目管理水平提供了量化的评价参考依据。Based on the theory of project management maturity model, this paper builds a maturation model which is consistent with the characteristics of thermal power plant project management, from the maturity level, project life cycle and project management knowledge system of power plant general contracting project, and studies the aim and key index of achieving different maturity levesl.OPM3 model can find out the weak links in the process of EPC construction of thermal power project, which provides a quantitative evaluation reference for improving the EPC project management level of design enterprise.
