摘 要:从军官任职前教育、军事职业教育、高级学历教育等几个方面,对世界主要军事强国军官教育制度进行分类对比。外军军官教育具有目标明确清晰、资源利用充分、形式灵活多样等特点。健全我军军官教育制度,应紧盯强军目标,有效整合资源,构建有序高效的军官教育体系;提高教学质量,突出教育重点,努力将人才强军战略落到实处;更新教育理念,灵活教学方法,搭建多样化军事职业教育平台。From the officers' pre service education, military vocational education, higher education and other aspects, this paper classifies and compares the officer education systems of the world's major military powers. Foreign officer education systems have the clear goals, plenary use of resources, flexible and diverse forms and other characteristics. To improve the officer education system of our army should focus on the goal of strong army, effectively integrate resources, build an orderly and efficient officer education system, improve the quality of teaching, highlight the focus of education, implement the strategy of reinvigorating army through human resource development,update the concept of education, make teaching methods more flexible, build a diversified military vocational education platform and so on.
