糖足消方治疗早期糖尿病足疗效及对机体氧化应激的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨糖足消方治疗早期糖尿病足(DF)临床疗效及可能的机制。方法将92例早期DF患者采用数字随机表法分为对照组和研究组各46例,对照组给予西医常规治疗,研究组在西医常规治疗基础上给予糖足消方内服和足浴,比较2组治疗前后胫神经、腓总神经和腓浅神经传导速度及踝肱指数(ABI)、尿8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-Ohd G)、血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6),并比较2组的总有效率。结果研究组胫神经、腓总神经和腓浅神经的传导速度及ABI、尿8-Ohd G、血清TNF-α和IL-6改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论糖足消方可改善神经传导功能和ABI,减轻炎性反应,治疗早期DF疗效显著,其机制可能与改善机体的氧化应激状态有关。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and the possible mechanism of Tangzuxiao Formula on early diabetic foot (DF). Methods Totally 92 patients with early DF were divided into control group and study group according to the digital random table method, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given the conventional Western medicine treatment, while the study group was treated with Tangbixiao Formula for oral administration and lavipeditum based on the conventional Western medicine treatment. The conduction velocity of tibial nerve, common peroneal nerve and superficial peroneal nerve, ankle brachial index (ABI), urinary 8-hydroxyl deoxyguanosine (8-OhdG) and serum tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in the two groups before and after the treatment were compared, and the total effective rates were compared. Results The improvement of the conduction velocity of tibial nerve, common peroneal nerve and superficial peroneal nerve, ABI, urinary 8-OhdG and serum TNF-α and IL-6 of the study group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the total effective rate in the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), with statistical significance.Conclusion Tangzuxiao Formula can improve the function of nerve conduction and ABI, reduce inflammatory reaction, with obvious therapeutic effects in treatment of early DF. Treatment mechanism may be related to the improvement of oxidative stress state of body.
