摘　　要：综述国内当归单体成分和复合制剂功效的研究现状表明,国内对当归单体成分与复合制剂的功效已基本阐明,对当归多糖药理功效的研究主要集中在总糖层面。由此认为,当归成分的药理机制尚有待进一步阐明,其单一组分的分离、鉴定、表征、靶向及相应功效还需明确,当归多组分间的相互关系需进一步揭示。The review of research status of the efficacy of monomer composition and compound preparation of Angelicae Sinensis Radix in China shows that domestic research has relatively clearly clarified the efficacy of monomer composition and compound preparation of Angelicae Sinensis Radix and research on pharmacological efficacy of Angelica Polysaccharide focuses on the level of total carbohydrate. Therefore, pharmacological mechanism of the components of Angelicae Sinensis Radix should be further clarified; the separation, identification,characterization, target and corresponding efficacy of single component need more analysis; mutual relation of multi-components of Angelicae Sinensis Radix should be further revealed.
