历史地区整体空间格局保护导向下的城市设计方法探索--以上海中心城为例

摘　　要：上海中心城历史地区由于建成时间长、环境设施水平参差不齐,更新利用需求迫切,在其保护和更新过程中,传承历史风貌又满足现代功能需求,鼓励历史地区进行整体风貌控制引导,协调新旧城市景观,是这些区域未来的主要发展方向。城市设计作为法定规划的有效补充,既能从宏观上通过肌理高度控制统筹协调整体风貌,也能从微观上通过细节设计丰富历史地区空间环境的人性化体验。在整体空间格局保护的前提下,总结现状问题,结合已经开展的保护规划和建设项目,构建城市设计要素管控体系,从空间肌理、建筑形态、景观环境和微观空间设计等方面研究分析具体设计手法,希望能够对中心城历史地区的风貌保护与更新利用提供有益借鉴。Due to the long construction time, the uneven level of environmental facilities and the urgent need of renewal and utilization, thefuture and main direction of these areas are inheriting historical features in the process of protection and renewal, meeting the needsof modern functions, encouraging the overall control and guide, and coordinating the old and new urban landscape. Urban designis an effective complement to the statutory planning, which can not only coordinate the overall style from the macroscopic heightcontrol, but also enhance the human experience of the historical regional space environment from microscopic detailed design. Underthe premise of the protection of spatial pattern and the protection of overall style, this paper summarizes the status quo and combineswith existing protection planning and construction projects to explore the construction of urban design elements system. This paperalso researches and analyzes specific design techniques from the spatial texture, architectural morphology, landscape environmentand micro-space design. It is hoped to provide a useful reference for features protection and renewal of the historical area in theCentral City.
