摘 要:目的:分析在神经外科手术后,患者发生消化道出血的高危因素。方法:收治行神经外科手术治疗的患者890例,设计量表统计患者发生消化道出血的高危因素。结果:>50岁患者发生消化道出血37例(10.22%),明显高于≤50岁患者的4.73%;男性患者消化道出血发生率8.73%,明显高于女性的4.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术前后患者的GCS评分,分数越低,术后消化道出血的概率越高,组间相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在神经外科手术后,患者发生消化道出血的因素很多,应针对高危患者进行针对性的预防。Objective:To analyze the high risk factors of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding after surgery in the department of neurosurgery.Methods:890 patients treated by surgical treatment in the department of neurosurgery were selected.The high risk factors of the occurrence of gastrointestinal bleeding in patients were counted with the design scale.Results:Gastrointestinal bleeding occurred in 37 cases of patients over 50 years old(10.22%),significantly higher than that of patients under 50 years old of 4.73%.The incidence of gastrointestinal bleeding in male patients was 8.73%,which was significantly higher than that in women of 4.53% ,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The GCS scores of patients before and after surgery,the lower the score,the higher the probability of postoperative gastrointestinal bleeding,there were statistically significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the department of neurosurgery after surgery,the patients have a lot of factors of gastrointestinal bleeding,and we should target at high-risk of patients for prevention.
