摘　　要：目的:探讨桡骨远端粉碎性骨折应用带关节外固定支架辅以有限内固定治疗的临床效果。方法:收治桡骨远端粉碎性骨折患者82例,随机分为对照组与研究组。对照组给予手法复位和石膏外固定法治疗,研究组给予带关节外固定支架辅以有限内固定治疗,比较两组手术疗效。结果:研究组的手术优良率92.7%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:桡骨远端粉碎性骨折应用带关节外固定支架辅以有限内固定治疗可显著提升疗效,腕关节平面恢复平整。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of trans-joint external fixators and limited internal fixation in the treatment of distal radius comminuted fracture.Methods:82 cases of patients with distal radius comminuted fracture were divided into the control group and the research group randomly.The control group was treated with manipulative reduction and plaster external fixation.The research group was treated with trans-joint external fixators and limited internal fixation.The curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The excellent and good rate of the research group was 92.7%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Trans-joint external fixators and limited internal fixation in the treatment of distal radius comminuted fracture could improve the curative effect significantly.
