超声造影对76例肝脏局灶性病变定性诊断的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的:对肝脏局灶性病变实施超声造影检查,观察相应的试验数据并分析其病变定性诊断的临床效果。方法:收治肝脏局灶性病变患者76例。将全部患者同时作为对照组和试验组,对照组给予常规超声检查,试验组在此基础上,再进行超声造影检查。观察两组的试验数据,以病理检查结果为诊断金标准,比较、分析两组检查的准确性。结果:对照组诊断出良性病例31例,恶性18例,试验组诊断出良性病例42例,恶性30例。试验组灵敏度及特异度均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用超声造影检查对肝脏局灶性病变定性诊断要显著优于常规超声检查,其灵敏度及特异度均远远高于常规超声检查。Objective:To carry out the ultrasound contrast examination of focal liver lesions,observe the corresponding experimental data and analyze the clinical effect of the qualitative diagnosis of the lesions.Methods:76 cases of focal liver lesions were selected.All patients were served as the control group and the experimental group.The control group was given routine ultrasound examination,while the ultrasound contrast examination was performed in the experimental group on the basis of the control group.The experimental data of the two groups were observed,and the diagnostic gold standard was diagnosed by pathological examination,the accuracy of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:In the control group,31 cases were diagnosed as benign and 18 cases were malignant.In the experimental group 42 cases were diagnosed as benign cases,malignant in 30 cases.The sensitivity and specificity of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The qualitative diagnosis of focal liver lesions was significantly better than conventional ultrasonography.The sensitivity and specificity were much higher than those of conventional ultrasound.
