摘　　要：目的:探讨协同护理模式对冠心病介入治疗术后并发症的影响。方法:收治行冠心病介入治疗患者74例,分两组,试验组45例实施协同护理;对照组29例实施常规护理,比较两组实施效果。结果:实施协同护理模式后,冠心病介入治疗术后并发症发生例数明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:应用协同护理模式能显著降低冠心病介入治疗术后并发症的发生率。Objective:To explore the effect of collaborative care model on postoperative complications of coronary heart disease in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:74 patients with percutaneous coronary intervention were selected,and they were divided into two groups.The experimental group of 45 cases of the implementation of collaborative care;the control group of 29 cases of the implementation of routine care.The effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After the implementation of collaborative care model,the number of patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of collaborative care model can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with coronary heart disease.
