摘　　要：目的:探讨建立住院患者满意度测评电子化模块,并利用iPad对住院患者进行床边满意度调查的应用效果。方法:依托医院信息系统建立住院患者满意度电子化测评模块和分析模块,利用手持电子设备iPad到床边为住院患者进行满意度测评。结果:iPad应用省去了问卷印制、调查后人工录入电脑、统计分析、制表输出等工作的人力、物力、财力和时间,且调查数据和统计分析数据及时准确。结论:住院患者满意度测评电子化模块的建立和手持移动电子设备iPad床边测评的应用,有效降低了成本,体现了医院管理的数字化和规范化,有助于推动医院信息化建设的进一步发展。Objective: To explore the establishment of inpatient satisfaction survey electronic module and the effect of the applicationwith it by using iPad bedside evaluation. Method: The evaluation module and analysis module of inpatient satisfaction were developedrelying on the hospital information system, and the satisfaction survey could be done bedside using a hand held electronic device asiPad. Results: The application of iPad saved lots of resources such as labor, Economic costs and time which was spent on printing thequestionnaires, inputting the data and making the tables. And the data was analyzed timely and accurate. Conclusion: The establishmentof inpatient satisfaction survey electronic module and the application with it by using iPad bedside evaluation could effectively reducethe costs, reflect the scientific management and digitization of the hospital, promote the further construction of hospital information.
