基于医院与社区协同的检验服务探索与实现

摘　　要：为推动医院优质医疗资源的合理流动,弥补社区检验服务能力的不足,实现医院检验服务向社区的延伸,对医院与社区信息协同共享系统建设提出了更高要求。结合医院与社区信息协同共享系统建设的实践,分析了医院与社区检验服务现状,详细介绍了基于医院与社区协同的检验服务的实现,包括系统架构、系统处理流程和系统关键技术,并对系统进行了总结。该系统投入使用后,为社区居民的就诊提供了极大便利,也为医院与社区信息协同共享系统建设探索了新的技术模式。In order to promote the rational flow of the high quality medical resources and make up for the inadequacy of communitylaboratory examination service ability, to realize the extension of laboratory examination service from the hospital to the communityputs forward higher requirements to the construction of the collaborative sharing system between the hospital and the community.Combining with the construction practice of the collaborative sharing system between the hospital and the community, the paperfirstly analyses the present situation of the laboratory examination services in the hospital and the communities. Then the paper detailsthe realization of the laboratory examination services based on the collaboration between the hospital and the community, includingthe system structure, the system process and the key technology. Finally, the paper summarizes the system. The application of thesystem provides great convenience to the community residents and also explores a new technological approach for the construction ofinformation sharing system between the hospital and the community.
