摘　　要：分析了医疗大数据的基本特征,提出建设医疗大数据分析平台的方案架构和关键技术;从临床电子病历应用智能化角度,讨论了临床知识库为基础的电子病历应用建设方法,以住院患者健康预测预警为例,说明了医疗大数据分析促进电子病历智能化的实现方法。认为临床知识库建设是医疗大数据分析和电子病历应用结合的关键,医院临床数据中心建设重点是建设医疗大数据分析平台。This paper analyzes the basic characteristics of medical data, put forward the construction of large medical data analysisplatform and key technology; clinical application of electronic medical records from intelligent point of view, discusses the constructionmethod of clinical application of electronic medical records in the knowledge base, to inpatient health prediction as an example, theanalysis of medical data to promote the realization of the method of intelligent electronic medical records. The paper holds that theconstruction of clinical knowledge database is the key to the combination of medical big data analysis and application of electronicmedical record, and the key point of hospital clinical data center construction is the construction of large data analysis platform.
