罗默劳动产权思想对我国收入分配启示

摘　　要：如何保障劳动者权益问题一直是学界讨论的热点,罗默市场社会主义蕴含着丰富的劳动产权思想,主要包括劳动报酬权、收益分配权、经营管理权.为此,在分析罗默劳动产权思想进步意义及其局限性的基础上,提出了罗默劳动产权思想对我国收入分配的启示:一是完善社会福利制度,二是建立企业利润分享制,三是建立劳动者参与企业监督管理机制,四是把劳动产权提到宪法权利的高度并且加以实施,为进一步调整我国的收入分配结构具有现实价值.How to protect the rights and interests of workers is a hot issue in the academic field.Paul M.Romer’s Mar-ket Socialism embodies a wealth of Labor Property Rights,which mainly includes the rights of Labor remuneration,Income Distribution and Management.On the basis of analyzing the pros and cons concerning the thoughts of Paul M.Romer’s Labor Property Rights some enlightenments of his thoughts are listed out for the income distribution system in our country:to opti-mize the social welfare system;to set up the sharing mechanism of corporate profit and to build up supervision mechanism in-volving the participation of all laborers;to heighten the labor property right to the level of constitutional position and put it into practice,which is of realistic value to restructure the income distribution system in our country.
