摘　　要：目的:探讨输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石的临床价值。方法:使用输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗52例输尿管上段结石,观察清石率,手术并发症等指标。结果::52例患者中有51例成功行输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术。51例成功软镜术病例的清石率为96.1%,没有严重并发症发生。结论:输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石安全有效,可作为体外冲击波碎石治疗无效输尿管上段结石的首选,值得推广。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of flexible ureteroscope with holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy for upper ureteralcalculi. Methods:It was observed to evaluate the operative complications and stone clearance rate of 52 patients with upper ureteralcalculi by flexible ureteroscope with holmium: YAG laser lithotripsy. Results:51 patients were treated successfully by flexible ureteroscopewith holmium: YAG laser lithotripsy. The stone clearance rate was;96. 1% . There is no severe operative complications. Conclusion: Flexible ureteroscope with holmium: YAG laser lithotripsy was safe and effective. It was the preferred replacement of ESWL whichwas ineffective to upper ureteral calculi.
