摘  要:目的探讨儿科铜绿假单胞菌(PA)的耐药性及产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)特点。方法运用全自动微生物分析仪鉴定细菌;药物敏感性试验采用琼脂稀释法;采用ESBLs检测试剂盒检测ESBLs;统计PA的标本类型、各类标本的多重耐药及产ESBLs情况,采用χ2检验分析数据。结果共分离114株PA,其中多重耐药菌占28.07%(32株)。产ESBLs菌株占34.21%(39株),其中为多重耐药菌占76.92%(30株)。环丙沙星的耐药率最低(15.79%),而复方新诺明最高(79.82%)。环丙沙星和头孢他啶在ESBLs阳性组的耐药率明显高于ESBLs阴性组(P<0.05)。来源于痰液的PA最为常见(71.05%)。结论儿科PA的耐药形势严峻,可感染患儿多个部位。PA耐药性与ESBLs关系密切。Objective To investigate the drug resistance and extended spectrumβ-lactamase to Pseudomonas aeruginosafrom department of pediatrics.Methods The bacteria identification,detections of drug sensitivity and ESBLs were respectively performed by automated microbiology analyzer,agar dilution method and ESBLs test kit.The type of specimen,multiple drug resistance and ESBLs-producing situations of various specimens were statistical.Chi-square test was used to analyze the data.Results There were 114 PA strains separated,and 28.07%(32strains)were multidrug resistant bacteria.Positive rate of ESBLs was 34.21%(39strains),and 76.92%(30strains)were multidrug resistant bacteria.The resistance rate of Ciprofloxacin was the lowest(15.79%),and the resistance rate of Compound Sulfamethoxazole Tablets was the highest(79.82%).The resistance ratio were significantly higher of ESBLs-positive group than the ESBLs-negative group,s to Ciprofloxacin and Ceftazidime(P<0.05).The PA from sputum were the most common(71.05%).Conclusion The resistance situation is serious to PA from department of pediatrics and the PA can infect many parts.Resistance of PA is closely related with ESBLs.
