摘 要:通过测定楮头红皂苷的总还原力、对超氧阴离子(O_2^(-·))的清除率以及对脂质体过氧化的抑制率来探讨其抗氧化能力。结果表明,楮头红皂苷具有较强的还原能力,显著降低O_2^(-·)自由基的活性和抑制脂质体过氧化,其抗氧化活性与浓度之间均有良好的量效关系,具有较强的体外抗氧化活性。To study the antioxidant of saponins of Sarcopyramis nepalensis Wall in vitro, the total antioxidant capacity of saponins from S. nepalensis Wall was deter^mined by optimized ferricyanide/prussian blue method. The superoxide anion radical scavenging of saponins was observed in the ways of pyrogallol oxidation systems, lipid peroxidation by means of 2-thiobarbituric acid (TBA). The saponins from S.nepalensis Wall had an effective antioxidant capacity as well as the pow-er of reducing the activity of free radicals 0 2' and the capable of inhibiting lipid peroxidation, and had a good dose-effect relationship between the antioxidant activity and its concentration.It has been concluded that saponins from S.nepalensis Wall show-ed a certain extent of antioxidant effect in vitro.
