区域医疗统一支付平台的设计与实现

摘　　要：医疗支付是医疗服务环节中重要的组成部分。由于医疗机构系统各自建设,不同医疗机构就诊卡无法跨系统使用。为方便患者就医,必须建设一个区域医疗统一支付平台,实现就诊卡统一代扣服务,方便在区域医院就诊,实现储值账户的统一管理与清算,减少医院资金管理风险。Medical payment is an important part to make up the medical services. Each medical institution is established on its own and as a result, medical cards of different medical institutions can't be used cross-system .To make it convenient for patients to have access to medical treatment, efforts must be made to build up a united payment platform for regional medical services. That can have the charge for medical treatment withdrawn by using medical cards only, and brings to patients convenient medical services in regional hospitals. It also makes it possible to realize united management and liquidation for prepaid accounts, reducing hospitals' risks in financial management.
