摘　　要：目的采用单次剂量法测定结核病患者罗库溴铵的量效关系。方法结核病患者择期行全身麻醉手术80例,ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级,根据罗库溴铵给予的剂量不同随机分为Ⅰ组(150μg·kg-1)、Ⅱ组(200μg·kg^(-1))、Ⅲ组(250μg·kg^(-1))、Ⅳ组(300μg·kg^(-1)),每组20例。记录拇内收肌四个成串刺激(TOF)第一次反应(T1)最大抑制的百分率及起效时间,并进行概率单位转换,将罗库溴铵的首次剂量进行对数转换,用直线回归方法建立结核病患者罗库溴铵的剂量-反应曲线,计算其ED95值。结果结核病患者罗库溴铵的ED50、ED75、ED90与ED95值分别为184、218、254与279μg·kg^(-1)。结论结核病患者罗库溴铵的ED95值为279μg·kg-1,与一般患者相近。Objective To determine the dose-response relationship of rocuronium in tuberculosis patients using single dose method. Methods Eighty ASA I - II patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia were randomized to receive rocuronium 15〇 yg ? kg—1 (group I ) ,200 ? kg-1 (group II ) ^250 ? kg-1 (group HI ) or 300 ? kg-1 (group ]V) , with 20 patients in each group. The percentage of maximal suppression at the first response of adductor policis muscle to train-of-four (TOF) stimulation and the onset time were recorded, and the initial dose of rocuronium was logarithmically transformed. The dose-response curve was established using the linear regression. Results The ED50, ED75 , ED90 , and ED95 of rocuronium were 184,218,254 and 279 yg ? kg—1 , respectively. Conclusion The ED95 of rocuronium is 279 ? kg-1 in tuberculosis patients,which is similar to that in common patients.
