脾氨肽联合维A酸霜和喷昔洛韦乳膏治疗扁平疣的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察脾氨肽口服冻干粉联合维A酸霜和喷普洛韦乳膏治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法:选取50例扁平疣患者设为A组,给予维A酸霜和喷普洛韦乳膏外用治疗、脾氨肽口服冻干粉口服治疗；与以往观察的36例（B组）（治愈率为69.44%,总有效率为94.44%)比较。结果:治疗8周后A组治愈率为88.00%,总有效率为96.00%;与B组治愈率比较，差异有统计学意义(%2=4.544,_P<0.05)。结论:维A酸霜和喷普洛韦乳膏联合疗法是治疗扁平疣有效的方法，但与脾氨肽口服冻干粉联合应用能更有效提高扁平疣的治愈率，三联疗法疗效更为显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder Combined with vitamin Aacid cream and penciclovir cream in the treatment of flat wart. Method 50 cases of flat wart patients of group A, giving vitamin Aacid cream and penciclovir cream in the treatment, spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder for oral treatment ; and the previousobservation in 36 cases (group B) (the cure rate was 69. 4 4 % ,the total efficiency was 94. 4 4 % ) compared. Results The curerate of A group was 88.00% ,total effective rate was 96. 00% after 8 weeks treatment; compared with B group cure,the differencewas statistically significant (^2 =4. 544,P <0. 05). Conclusion Vitamin A acid cream and penciclovir cream combination therapyis flat wart treatment effective, but with the spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder combined application of can effectivelyimprove the cure rate of flat wart,the efficacy of triple therapy is more significant.
