摘  要:目的:探讨低场强磁共振成像(MRI)快速自旋回波(FSE)序列和脂肪抑制(STIR)序列在脊柱损伤中的应用。方法:对132例脊柱损伤患者进行常规快速自旋回波(FSE)T2WI和脂肪抑制(STIR)序列扫描。比较两种成像序列对脊柱病变的显示效果。结果:STIR序列在椎体骨折、骨挫伤,脊髓、软组织损伤、肿胀等脊椎损伤性病变中均表现为明显高信号。结论:低场强磁共振采用FSE序列能够显示脊髓,脊柱损伤性病变。椎体及椎旁软组织内脂肪高信号的干扰能够被STIR序列所抑制,从而能够发现和明确对X线,CT及FSE序列成像上没有或可疑的病灶。特别是能够鉴别椎体骨折为新鲜或陈旧骨折。Objective To investigate the low field intensity magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) fast spin echo (FSE) and fatsuppression (STIR) sequences in the application of spinal injury. Method 132 cases of spinal injury patients in the conventionalfast spin echo ( FSE) T2WI and fat suppression scanning ( STIR) sequence. Comparing two kinds of imaging sequences showedeffect of spinal lesions. Results STIR sequence in vertebral fracture and bone contusion, spinal cord, soft tissue injuries, such asswelling of the spinal cord injury in the lesions were characterized by high signal obviously. Conclusion Low field magnetic resonanceuses FSE sequence can display the spinal cord, spinal injury. Vertebral body and vertebral side soft tissue fat high signal interferencecan be suppressed, STIR sequence so that they can find and clear the X - ray, CT and FSE sequence of imaging or suspiciouslesions. Especially to identify vertebral fracture for fresh or old fracture.
