人性化护理对提高小儿毛细支气管炎护理质量及家属满意度的意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨人性化护理在提高小儿毛细支气管炎护理质量及家属满意度中的意义。方法:回顾性分析收治的300例小儿毛细支气管炎患儿的临床资料,根据护理方法不同,将患儿分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用人性化护理,比较两组患儿的临床效果及家属满意度差异。结果:在对照组常规治疗和护理基础上,观察组患儿经人性化护理,临床总有效率为96.0%,患儿家属的满意度为81.33%,明显高于对照组,经比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理可以明显提高小儿毛细支气管炎的护理质量及家属满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the humanistic nursing in nursing quality and improve the infantile capillary bronchitis significanceof family satisfaction. Method The clinical data of 300 cases with infantile capillary bronchitis were retrospectivly analyzed,according to the different nursing methods, children were divided into two groups, control group using conventional care, observationgroup with humane care,the clinical effect of two groups of children and their families? satisfaction were compared. Results On thebasis of the control group conventional treatment and care, observation group with the humanized nursing, clinical total effective ratewas 96.0% ,the families of children with satisfaction was 81. 3 3 % , significantly higher than the control group by comparison, thedifference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion Humanistic nursing can obviously improve the nursing quality of infantilecapillary bronchitis and the family member satisfaction,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
