品管圈在降低胸外科术前检查项目序贯性错误率的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈活动在降低胸外科术前检查项目序贯性错误率的作用。方法:采用品管圈活动,通过所收集的数据,逐步深入分析,查找影响术前检查项目序贯性错误率的根本原因,从而制定解决方案并提出改进措施。结果:胸外科术前检查项目序贯性错误率由品管圈活动前5.28%降为1.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动是降低胸外科术前检查项目序贯性错误率的有效的护理管理方法。Objective To investigate the QCC activities in reducing the effect of sequential error rate department of thoracicsurgery preoperative examination project. Method Using QCC activities,through the data collected,and gradually analysis,found theinfluence of preoperative examination project sequential error rate of the root causes,so as to develop solutions and propose improvementmeasures. Results The department of thoracic surgery preoperative sequential error checking project rate by QCC activity beforethe 5. 2 8 % down to 1.1 5 % ,the difference was statistically significant(P <0. 05). Conclusion The QCC is a way to reduce departmentof thoracic surgery preoperative examination project sequential error rate and effective nursing management.
