小儿手术中七氟醚吸入麻醉的护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨在小儿手术中七氟醚吸入麻醉的护理方法。方法:从行七氟醚吸入麻醉的手术患儿中随机选择65例进行研究,分为两组,分别予以常规护理和全方位护理。结果:观察组的不良反应发生率为3.0%,显著低于对照组的12.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患儿家长的满意率为100.0%,显著高于对照组的81.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿童手术中,对行七氟醚吸入麻醉的患儿实施全方位护理可以获得良好的效果。Objective To explore the nursing method of sevoflurane inhalation in children operation. Method 65 cases ofsevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in children patients with operation were selected and were divided into two groups, and they weregiven routine nursing and comprehensive care respectively. Results The adverse reaction of the observation group was 3. 0 % significantlylower than the control group of 12. 5 % ,the difference was statistically significant (P <0. 05) ;the satisfaction rate of parentsof children was 100. 0 % , significantly higher than that in control group 81. 3 % , the difference was statistically significant (P <0. 05). Conclusion Giving children patients with sevoflurane inhalational anesthesia operation full range nursing can obtain goodeffect.
