摘 要:目的探讨护理交接班的效果。方法采用中文版护理交接班评价量表为研究工具,便利抽取本院护士160名进行调查,共获得有效问卷159份。结果 159名护理人员对护理交接班进行评价,平均(67.94±9.29)分;"促进有效沟通"条目得分最高,"交班时相对无压力的"条目得分最低。结论调查显示护理人员对交接班效果评价总分不高,护理管理者应根据调查结果对交接班中存在的问题予以解决,从而提高护士交接班的质量。Objective To explore the effect of nursing shift. Methods Totally 160 nurses were investigated by questionnaire survey with the Chinese version of Nursing Assessment of Shift Report,and number of effective questionnaire was 159. Results In the 159 nurses, average score of nursing shift was (67. 94 ± 9. 29) ? The highest score was acquired in item of u promoting effective communication”, and the lowest score was acquired in item of “nursing shift is stress-free” ? Conclusion According to the survey, the evaluation score is not high in nurses. Nursing managers should solve the existing problems to improve the quality of the nursing shift
