摘 要:针对旱地插秧机在工作过程中主轴振动过大,并且在种植过程中出现种植误差的问题,采用ANSYS软件对旱地插秧机的动力系统的主轴进行了模态分析,得到其各阶固有频率及在固有频率下的各阶振型,并得出了各阶振型与固有频率之间的关系,对旱地插秧机的结构改进、降低噪声和减小振动位移提供了重要的理论依据。In this paper, the model about the main spindle in force system of dryland transplanting machine is described, and the ANSYS software is used to deal with the problem that the vibration of main spindle is too excessive. And it will affect the service life of the parts when the dryland transplanting machine is working. Through the analysis, the inherent frequency and the mode of vibration under the inherent frequency in each stage can be obtained, and the relationship between the mode of vibration and the inherent frequency can be found. Then, it provides important theoretical basis to improve the structure, reduce the noise and decrease the vibration.
