摘 要:分析了制动过程中密封皮碗形变状态对制动器性能的影响。结合制动过程中活塞的受力情况对密封皮碗进行了分析。运用MSC.EASY5液压仿真软件对制动系统进行了虚拟建模,实现制动过程的虚拟仿真,从活塞位移的角度分析了不同刚度密封皮碗对制动器性能的影响,为企业后期在设计制动钳时密封皮碗选材时提供参考性意见。In this paper, the influence of deformation condition of sealing cup to the brake performance in braking process is analyzed ; combining with the braking force of the piston, the sealing cup is also analyzed. Virtual model to the braking system is built by using the hydraulic simulation software MSC. EASY5, and virtual simulation of the braking process is achieved.From the view of the piston displacement, influence of sealing cups with different inflexibility on braking performance are analyzed, and thus would provide reference opinions for the choice of sealing cup material later.
