摘 要:斜齿圆柱齿轮在Pro/E环境下造型方法复杂、工作量大。齿轮有多个参数,其中任何一个参数的改变都需要对齿轮进行重新设计,耗时、费力。针对这种情况,从渐开线的形成原理、齿轮大小及形状等齿轮参数出发,在对齿轮造型的过程中逐步建立起渐开线产生的方程、齿顶圆、分度圆、齿根圆、基圆等,最后,只需在交互界面中输入齿轮参数即可获得需要的直齿圆柱齿轮。The modeling method for helical gear has complicated process and heavy workload in the Pro/E environment. Gear has several parameters, and it is required to redesign the gear if any of the parameters change, thus it is time-consuming and laborious. In view of this situation, starting with the forming principle of involute, and the gear parameters like the gear size and shape, the involute equations, the addendum circle, the pitch circle, the tooth root circle, the base circle,etc. are gradually established in the gear modeling process; finally, the straight spur gear that is required could be obtained by entering the gear parameters simply in the interactive interface.
