摘  要:为解决高速公路收费口货车放行效率低、车辆拥堵严重等问题,结合先进的动态称重技术和DSRC短程链路通信技术,提出一种基于ETC模式的货车计重收费方案。该方案采用双台面动态衡作为称重系统和射频识别技术对货车的基本信息进行读写,从而实现货车不停车计重收费。其中,采用多传感器综合推理技术对称量数据进行补偿和异常检测。实验表明:该收费方式的车道放行时间为7.49 s,整个系统运行的平均时间16.99 s,与人工半自动化收费方式相比大大提高货车的放行效率,缓解车辆的拥堵问题。In order to solve the highway toll gate truck low release efficiency, and serious trafficcongestion problems, combined with advanced dynamic weighing technology and short link DSRCcommunications technology, we propose a scheme based on ETC truck weight fees. The programrealizes the non -stop truck weight fees, through the use of the double dynamic weighing scaleplatform as a weighing system and radio frequency identification technology used to read and writethe basic information of the truck. The weighing system uses multi -sensor integrated reasoningtechniques to compensate for the weighing data and detect anomaly. The experiments have showedthat the release time of such toll lane is 7.49 s; the average time of the whole system operation is16.99s. Comparing with manual semi-automatic charge mode, the charging method greatly improvesthe efficiency of trucks release and relieves congestion of the vehicle.
