摘 要:在生产现场的问题解决中,会产生和运用大量的经验知识,对这些知识进行有效管理具有十分重要的意义。为此,以生产现场所遇的实际问题为切入点,提出面向生产现场的问题驱动知识管理方法,并结合问题解决研究中的认知机理和概念模型,构建问题驱动的知识管理方法框架及系统结构。该方法在生产现场实际问题解决中持续地学习和运用知识,从而实现知识的有效管理。最后,针对某轿车厂生产现场中存在的实际问题开发知识管理原型系统,验证所提出方法框架和系统结构的科学性和有效性。In production floor, a great deal of empirical knowledge will be generated and applied during the process of problem solving,and it has very important significance to effectively manage the knowledge. Therefore, we took the practical problems encountered in productionfloor as the starting point and presented the production floor-oriented problem-driven knowledge management method. Moreover, combiningthe cognitive mechanism and concept model in problem solving research, we constructed the problem-driven knowledge managementframework and system structure. The method implemented the incessant knowledge learning and application during the problems solving inproduction floor so that achieved the effective management of knowledge. Finally, aiming at the practical problems in a car facility productionline we developed the prototype system of knowledge management to have verified the scientific nature and effectiveness of the proposed methodframework and system structure.
