中药超声雾化熏洗对混合痔术后创面修复影响的临床研究

摘　　要：观察混合痔术后患者应用自制的中药痔瘘外洗方超声雾化熏洗对术后创面修复的影响。将符合纳入标准的混合痔术后患者,随机分治疗组和对照组两组。治疗组采用痔瘘外洗方,用智能肛周熏洗仪超声雾化熏洗创面,对照组采用高锰酸钾溶液。选定肛门疼痛、渗血、水肿、创面愈合时间、创面面积缩小率作为主要观察指标,结合病人自评和询问观察的方法,对相关指标进行量化评分,治疗前与治疗后进行观察统计,比较两种方法对促进肛肠病术后创面修复愈合方面的有效性、可靠性。To observe the effect of mixed hemorrhoid postoperative patients were treated with self-made Zhilou washout prescriptionultrasonic atomization fumigation and washing on postoperative wound repair. Will meet the inclusion criteria of mixed hemorrhoidpostoperative patients wrere randomly divided into treatment group and control group twro groups. The treatment group Zhilouwashout prescription,intelligent perianal fumigation ultrasound atomization fumigation and washing the wound, and the controlgroup was treated with potassium permanganate solution. Selected anal pain, bleeding, edema, wound healing time, wound areareduced rate as the main outcome measures, combined with the patient self-assessment and asked to observe the method of relatedindex to quantify the score before treatment and after treatment were observed statistics, comparison of the two kinds of methods.The reliability of effectiveness,promote wound anorectal postoperative healing repair.
