摘 要:众所周知,线粒体在能量转换中的关键作用,近年来研究发现,线粒体内铁代谢与细胞自由基调节之间有密切关系,其自身调节可抑制活性氧的生成,减少线粒体内不稳定铁池,减轻氧化损伤,参与心脏、中枢神经、肝脏等疾病主要过程。铁代谢与肺损伤之间的关系也开始被关注,维持铁稳态对肺损伤及其保护具有重要意义。It is wrell known that the key role of mitochondria in energy conver- sion, in recent years, study found that, betweeniron metabolism in the mito- chondria and cellfree radical adjustment has a close relation— ship , its adjustment can inhibit the generation of reactive oxygen species, reduce the unstable iron pool in the mitochondria and oxidative damage,participate in the heart, central nervous system, liver disease such as the main process.The relationship between iron metabolism and the lung in— jury also begins to be concerned, maintain steady state of iron has a great significancein lung injury and its protection.
