开放式病房对儿童青少年精神障碍患儿康复的临床资料分析

摘　　要：目的:分析精神专科医院开放式心理病房对儿童青少年精神障碍患儿康复状况的临床特点。方法:对来自精神病专科医院开放式心理病房住院的儿童青少年患儿261例,就其性别、年龄、精神障碍种类分布、处理情况、使用精神药物种类、愈后等进行回顾性资料统计分析。结果:261例儿童住院患儿,男孩多于女孩(男孩占58.6%);诊断前4位依次为:精神分裂症(76.2%)、神经症(5%)、情感障碍(3.4%)、精神发育迟滞(3.1%);治疗方法单一,药物治疗为主,利培酮、阿立哌唑、奥氮平占使用频度的前3位。结论:儿童青少年精神障碍患儿逐年增多,住院患儿以重型精神障碍为主,目前精神专科医院治疗方法单一,开展综合性治疗,开设开放式儿童青少年心理病房有重要意义。Objective: To investigate the clinical traits of children and adolescents with mental disorders in psychiatric hospital open wards. Methods: 261 children and adolescent patients from the psychiatric hospital open wards were collected, and their gender,age , species distribution of mental disorders, processing conditions, the use of psychotropic drugs, prognosis and the like were retrospectively and statistically analyzed. Results : Among all the patients, boys were more than girls ( boys accounted for 58. 6% ) . Thetop 4 diagnosis were: schizophrenia (7 6 . 2% ) , neurosis ( 5 % ) , affective disorder ( 3 .4 % ) , and mental retardation (3 . 1 % ) . Thetreatment was mainly relied on the drugs, and the most frequently used medicine was Risperidone, followed by Aripiprazole andOlanzapine. Conclusions : Children and adolescents with mental disorders have increased every year, and the inpatients mainly suffered from severe mental disorders. Currently, the medicine cure was mainly u se d ; therefore, it is important to set up children and adolescent psychiatric open wards and carry out the comprehensive treatment.
