摘 要:考虑区段中断造成的客流拥堵,提出城轨网络脆弱性定量评估方法。利用动态客流分配模型模拟突发中断后客流在城轨时空网络中的分布情况,以乘客广义出行费用增长为指标衡量各运行区段的脆弱性,鉴别关键区段,并根据车站客流动态确定应采取限流措施的车站与时段。以北京市轨道交通网络为例计算突发中断下各区段脆弱性,研究结果表明,该方法能评估突发中断下城轨系统客流拥堵动态,为客运组织应急规划提供数据支持和决策评价。Regard passenger crowding caused by interruptions of urban rail transit network,this paper developed a quantitativeframework for assessing vulnerability of urban rail transit network. The framework utilized dynamic transit assignment to describethe time-dependent distribution of passengers in the system and used generalized travel cost growth as the indicator ofvulnerability of urban rail transit network. Stations and time period of access restriction control could be determined by the waitingpassenger amount in stations. It performed simulation experiments to examine the effectiveness of this approach using datafrom Beijing Metro. The simulation test results show that this proposed quantitative framework is able to describe the time-dependentpassengers crowding situation after interruptions and can serve as data and decision support for emergency passengerorganization plan.
