摘　　要：分析目前我国涉外护理人才培养中存在的问题,提出相应的对策,包括建设复合型师资队伍、提高生源质量、编写优质教材、优化课程设置、更新教学理念和方法、突出中医护理特色。指出我国涉外护理尚处于发展阶段,国际护士执业水平(ISPN)考试项目为我国护理教育事业提出了更高的要求,即培养具有英语和护理相结合的复合型人才,有利于提高我国护理人才的国际竞争力,拓展发展空间。This paper analyzes the existing problems in the training of foreign - related nursing talents in China and puts forward corresponding countermeasures ? including building a composite teaching staff team improving the quality of students ? promoting the quality of teaching materials ? optimizing the curriculum , updating teaching ideas and methods?and emphasizing the unique feature of TCM .This paper points out that C hina's foreign - related nursing is still in the development stage?while the International Standards for Professional Nurses (ISPN) asks a higher requirements for education to cultivate compound nursing talents with good English skills?which is beneficial to improve the international competitiveness of nursing talents in China and expand the develop mentspace.
